The ChopHouse on Canyon is a new restautant in Old Town Fort Collins. It has a sleek, modern feel, though as a chop house the servers are in dark jeans and button up shirts so most any attire is appropriate. The food is amazing, they have a great beer selection and a large wine list as well. The prices are a bit higher than most of Fort Collins so it is a good special occassion location with the average plate costing $22 with extra for salad, soup, appetizers, drinks or desserts.
