I love pizza. That needs to be said up front. I love it because it can be almost any ethinic flavor. It can incorporate flavors and textures from almost anything and enhance it. Pablo's Pizza in downtown Grand Junction has taken the art of pizza to a new dimension. Not only do they successfully combine a myriad of increadible flavors, but Pablo's Pizza also makes pizza that looks like art. With names like La Chupacabra, Blues Quintet, Bella Dona, and Dracula's Nemesis, you are in for a pizza fiesta! The atmosphere is homey and cozy, the staff friendly (and fast), and the art on the walls is always interesting.
