Hello Beautiful Souls.
I have an extra bedroom in my house that can be rented as a Office / Studio / Workshop type space. It's a great house with beautiful beings, on 18th and Cedar - super close to Pearl St. Mall, Ideal Market, the Mountains. The room is actually a 12 x 12 bedroom with a closet and door and everything like a bedroom. Utilities are not included and are approx. $35 - 40 per month. There is high speed internet.
Becasue of Boulder's stupid zoning laws, and my nazi neighbors, we definitely cannot have someone ever use this room as a place to sleep or spend the night. my neighbors are very interested in insuring that that does not happen, and will be watching. Crazy, eh? It also is not legal to use this to bring clients over for bodywork or something where a person pays you. Crazy city rules, and my crazy neighbors will enforce the craziness. I personally would love that sort of use of this space, but they won't allow it. So, it's ideal for being an art studio of some sort or office or workshop.
