The Palace of Sunshine would like to invite a new denizen to join our fold.

Only $325-75/month for a full bedroom with full bathroom. (All recently remodeled.)
This house is located within walking distance of downtown Denver at 2430 Gaylord St. The neighborhood is very nice and the golf course and zoo are in our back yard, essentially!
We have Washer and Dryer, Gas Stove, and LOT of space. The house is a 5 bedroom that would be shared by 3-4 other roommates. We do play music and don't often get up very early due to a little later work schedules.
We are looking for a stable individual who can keep up with rent and bills (which are CHEAP for a place this nice). Will also not stand for another roommate that we have to clean up after. Sorry.
The main rule of the house is to have respect for the other roommates and to discuss things in a civil fashion if there is an issue. We will be having house meetings to keep things running smoothly.
This is a beautiful house and a wonderful opportunity for the right individual!!
