Aloha! We need 1 person to complete our lovely 3 BR home in North Boulder. You would share the house with two amazing, mindful female aritsts - 24 and 28 years old. I live in a separate area on the side of the house with my own bathroom and kitchen and living room, so you basically would be sharing the house with only these two amazing souls.
We are all into yoga and organic food and Love, music, dance, playing outdoors and healthy creative vital transformational existence. it's a non-smoking house. Please come live and play with us!
The house has been remolded and beautfiul. Lots of windows, and it's in a great location - 18th and Cedar near Ideal Market. There are hardwood floors everywhere, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, garage, large fenced yard, A/C. It is available February 1 or sooner or later, whatever works for you. It is $475 or $500 - depending on what room you choose. Utilities are not included. we get to split the utilities 4 ways! pets are negotiable, just depends on what you have. there are two great cats who live here!
