As part of this retreat, we are offering a class open to the public:

10:30am-12:30 Deva Dancing + Nia (open to everyone) @ the Blue Sage in Paonia, CO - no preregistration necessary. Show up dressed for dancing!
Deva Dancing uses movement; an invitation to honor and express the internal experience; and awareness to open ourselves to the richness of the present moment. The four main streams that Arlyn weaves together through Deva Dancing are that of ecstatic dance, group work, satsang and creative art.
Nia blends the power and mindfulness of martial arts (tai chi, tae kwon do, and aikido), the joy and grace of dance arts (jazz, Duncan, and modern) and the awareness and alignment of healing arts (yoga, Feldenkrais and the Alexander technique) into a self-expressive movement form that emphasizes "the body's way."
