Firefly Hoops is hosting a free hoop jam at the Mercury Cafe this Monday! Start 2009 with a beautiful exchange of hoop artistry, fun, friends and fitness! We will create a space to explore new moves, tap into your flow, unwind, and meet other hoopers. Learn about upcoming opportunities to expand your skill level in 2009. Hoops and music provided but be sure to bring some water and an intention to move and groove!
